Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the RingConn ring, charging case, and original cable securely back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned device, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
